As the Nurse Manager, you will provide clinical and operative leadership to the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic & Infusion Center for Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. You will plan and develop the clinical programming of the practice including assuring optimal and continuity of care for patients and their families. By guiding and overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations and partnering with the Hematology/Oncology practice Medical Director & Doernbecher Ambulatory Director, you will help provide delivery of the highest level of quality service to our patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met in a warm, timely and professional manner.
•Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
•Master’s degree in Nursing or relevant field
•Current Oregon RN license and BLS
•5 years relevant clinical experience
•Previous management experience with increasing responsibility
