| Nealy Pierce has been retained by a not-for-profit Health System to assist in the recruitment of an experienced Nurse Navigator for their Pediatric Oncology service line. The Nurse Navigator will work closely with patients and their families to help guide them through their care plan from diagnosis to remission, and beyond.

Oncology Nurse Navigator Requirements: - 3+ years experience in oncology required, 5 years preferred
- Prior outpatient and inpatient Oncology Experience preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills, and an ability to delegate and high attention to detail
- Team-driven and works well with others
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors (BSN) preferred
- Certifications in area of practice preferred (OCN, etc)
