The Hematology and Oncology Roving Licensed Practical Nurse is based out of the Alexandria Community Based Outreach Clinic (CBOC) in Alexandria, MN and will travel to the other CBOCs within the St Cloud Health Care System as required. The LPN is responsible to provide nursing care to patients according to established facility procedures adhering to all VA and nursing policies, procedures, standards, and protocol. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
