Position SummarySeeking an experienced clinical RN with at least 5 years of experience in Oncology and Hematology to work alongside Bedside nurses on our Oncology unit. This role is day shift, Monday-Friday. Must have BSN. Must have a national certification or open to attaining one within 6 months. The incumbent will need to have leadership experience, a strong clinical skill set in oncology, change agent mentality, and passion for quality and safety. Strong clinical experience along with education, collaboration and quality/safety work is required.
