We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Registered Nurse to join our CCBD Clinic at the Arrowhead location. This role provides direct clinical care to children receiving hematology and oncology treatments in an outpatient clinic setting.
Position Details:
32 hours per week
8-hour shifts
7 shifts per pay period (4 days one week, 3 days the next)
Fully benefited position
No weekends, no holidays, and no call
Responsibilities:
Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to pediatric HemOnc patients
Administer treatments and therapies per established protocols
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary team members
Support patients and families throughout their treatment journey
Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to clinical standards
Qualifications:
Active RN license (state-specific requirements apply)
APHON certification strongly preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment
Strong assessment, communication, and family-centered care skills

This position, in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family, coordinates and promotes patient health utilizing evidence-based practice in the delivery of professional nursing care across the care continuum. Education
Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN program. (Preferred)
Experience
Pediatric experience. (Preferred)
Certifications
Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. (Required)
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. (Required)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) certification may be required within 90 days of entry into the position for select departments. (Preferred)
