Director - Nursing Hematology/Oncology
The Director of Nursing leads and directs the overall operations of a function or department within a business unit and monitors the delivery of health care and related health and medical services. Leads the people, resources, budget and processes to ensure successful patient outcomes. May lead several distinct departments that impact operations. Hematology/Oncology Care Unit (HCU): includes the inpatient and the outpatient Hematology, Oncology and Blood and Marrow Transplant patients.
