Position Summary
Seeking DAY and NIGHT shift/full time experienced RN candidates with at least one year of inpatient nursing care preferably with pediatric and/or Oncology/Hematology and BMT experience. Transitioning Adult to peds will also be considered. Incumbent must at least an Associates in Nursing, A BLS and an Arizona RN License or compact license. No New Grad with under 1 year of experience will be considered.
This position works in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goals, values and regulatory standards.
Education
- Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN program. (Preferred)
Certifications
- Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. (Required)
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association prior to start date. (Required)
